Accommodation and Transportation:

Participants will stay at the all-inclusive Kuşadası Pine Bay Holiday Resort Hotel, where the conference will be held. Transportation is the responsibility of the participants, and no transportation arrangements will be provided.

Hotel check-in will be available from April 25 at 12:00 PM. On the first day, an opening ceremony with refreshments will be held; however, lunch and restaurant services will not be available. Restaurant services will begin with dinner on the first day. Check-out will be on April 27, and lunch will be provided at the hotel restaurant on the departure day.

Participant Eligibility:
3rd and 4th-grade primary school students are eligible to participate.
No prior BMUN experience is required. For primary school students, BMUN materials and books are required, and BMUN materials will be used throughout the conference.
Application Fee (All-Inclusive Accommodation): 14,800 TL (excluding VAT) per person.
For every 10 delegates, 1 advisor can attend for free.

The all-inclusive package covers meals, coffee breaks, conference materials, certificates, and participation in the gala night event.
Room assignments (3-4 persons per room) will be arranged by advisor teachers.
Delegation applications must be submitted by English teachers.
Individual student applications will not be accepted.
